The EPERNAY site, ideally situated between Reims and Châlons-en-Champagne, occupies an ideal geographical position in the heart of the largest poplar basin. Raw materials are supplied within a 200km radius; this gives the site a certain advantage in terms of reducing transport costs.

The factory, created in 1942 on a 4.5-hectare site and dedicated to poplar veneer and panel production, represents an important part of PLYSOROL’s total panel production.

Poplar plywood is chosen more particularly for floors and fittings in recreational vehicles, walls in transport vehicles, furniture structures and certain types of street furniture. These panels are also prominently displayed in wood and construction material wholesalers and on DIY store shelves.
