The group’s Quality department is split between the three production sites: Epernay, Fontenay-le-Comte and Lisieux.
All of the department staff report to Quality Management, which is itself under the responsibility of PLYSOROL’s General Management.

The Quality department’s missions are conducting internal production controls and formalizing know-how.

The Quality department ensures smooth day-to-day running of the quality management system (as defined by the  ISO 9001:2000) and provides monitoring for the various products or sustainable management certifications.

Finally, the Quality department actively participates in the various product and process improvement projects (industrial test monitoring), conducted on behalf of Industrial Management.
